(Photo: NCP/Star Max FilmMagic) SHARE 16 CONNECT 11 TWEET 1 COMMENTEMAILMORE Looks like there are people who really do heart the oft-hated Anne Hathaway. In a new survey, a quarter of iHeartRadio’s listeners said the Oscar winner should star in what would no doubt be the most hotly anticipated biopic of the near future: Kate Middleton. Coming in close behind are two other porcelain brunettes: Kate Beckinsale (24%) and Natalie Portman (21%). In other fantasy casting news, responders are angling for the master of the unintentional B movie, Nicolas Cage, to lend his prodigious talents to that hotly anticipated (legitimate) B movie, Sharknado 2: The Second One. No stranger to films with numbers in their titles, Vin Diesel chomped onto the No. 2 listeners’-choice slot. The competition wasn’t nearly as close, however, when picking a star they’d like to see try their tush at twerking. Country girl Carrie Underwood reigned queen, with 30% of the vote. Selena Gomez and her derriere came in a distant second, with 24%.

Why Prince William and Kate Middleton have chosen Bucklebury as Prince George’s first home

The dress worn by Kate Middleton in her official portrait with the royal baby and Prince William sold out within 2 hours of the release of the family portrait. Certainly, Kate Middleton has become a style icon. We see the pieces she wears, whether high street or designer, selling out in a matter of minutes. Kate has always been elegant and respectable. She quickly transitioned from free-flowing tea dresses with structured blazers to floor-length gowns and coat dresses. Kate Middleton’s style is not only age and occasion appropriate but also classic and graceful. It can’t be easy to be constantly judged by the masses, try to justify the in-laws and still stay true to her individual style. She is an exceptional role model when it comes to dressing like a lady, and we think she definitely deserve the plaudits. The fuchsia frock, which features a flattering knot front and a deep V-neck (for breastfeeding, possibly?), retails for $79 on Seraphine’s site, but you’ll have to wait until September 16 to purchase your own — that’s right, it’s already sold out. “The Kate effect is huge and we have been enjoying a 400% growth in sales since it became public that Kate bought Seraphine dresses back in April 2013,” Cecile Reinaud, the founder of Seraphine, told Hello! . “A few weeks ago she was photographed wearing our Renata Spotty dress whilst shopping on King’s Road and our sales boomed immediately with the dress completely selling out,” she added. “We heard rumors online that an official royal family photo was going to be released imminently, so we were on the look out to see what her next outfit would be and hoped it would be Seraphine,” Ms Reinaud said as quoted in ABC News .

Following the release of of baby Prince George ‘s first official family portrait , the former Jersey Shore startook to her Celebuzz blog to dish about just how adorable the king-to-be is (and, of course, royal mama Kate Middleton ‘s flawless style). ” Congrats to Will and Kate on their beautiful baby boy George ! He totally looks like his daddy here, and I can already tell hes going to be the cutest royal baby ever!!! And can I just say how fricken AMAZING Kate looks?! Like why is she perfect?! She just gave birth and she looks like shes ready to walk the runway,” shewrote. “She is my inspiration for my next pregnancy! So obsessed with this family and cannot wait to hear more about them! We all know they will be amazing parents to their precious nugget! Im just waiting to hear the dirty poop and pee stories!!! Kisses to you guys, and Kate.youre a MILF.”

If that wasn’t enough, the natural, relaxed photos include both Lupo and the Middletons’ pet dog, and were taken by Kate’s father Michael in the grounds of the Middleton family home, a place that will evidently play a key part in the beginning of the baby Prince’s life. Carole and Michael seem to have prepared for the moment when their home would be in the spotlight. They bought the 5million country mansion in 2012 after deeming their 1.5 million house in the same Berkshire village to be too visible to passers-by. Now, their Bucklebury Manor estate in the picturesque village of Bucklebury is set in 18 acres of land and boasts its own tennis court, swimming pool and library. The sprawling grounds mean more privacy for the parents of the Duchess of Cambridge in their day-to-day lives, and especially for the Duchess herself, her husband Prince William, and their baby, when they are residing there. Upon the birth of the Prince, Palace officials said they were keen to enjoy some “private time together, like any new family”, adding, “They just want to get to know their son.” And to do that, they chose the intimate family setting of the Middleton home, a far cry from the formalities and regal surroundings of Kensington Palace. Carole, who was spotted shopping with her pregnant daughter ahead of the birth, is even reported to have been busy redecorating a “nursery-style” room for her first grandchild. With seven bedrooms, the Grade II-listed Georgian property in the leafy village of Bucklebury can perfectly accommodate William, Kate and baby George, as well as offer space to build special accommodation for royal protection staff in the future. Planning permission has already been granted for an outbuilding, with a flat and garage on the ground floor, and a storage area and workshop above. Security has of course been installed around the grounds. The local council has imposed no-stopping regulations on roads near the Georgian home where a team of armed royal guards, who accompany Kate and William everywhere, are also stationed.
