Britain: Play Soccer in the Park without Council Permission, Get Arrested and Thrown in a Cell

It appears that in Britain, to kick a ball around in your local park without getting thrown in the can, you must present the authorities with proof of a Criminal Records Bureau check, paid insurance and a formal request to use the park area for organised training activities.
Can’t have unauthorised fun. Unauthorised fun is dangerous.
