13-Year-Old British Boy Fathers a Child with His 15-Year-Old Girlfriend

The baby was conceived when the father was 12. Boys are complete children at this age, but girls at 14-15 should be able to think about the consequences of what they’re doing. If their mothers teach them, that is.
Update: Turns out the 14-year-old (at the time of concepcion) girlfriend was living life to the full, as two more teen boys claim fatherhood of her baby. The 13-year-old Alfie wants a DNA test.
