You people do realise that the only reason why this lowlife applied was to get refused and sue for money, don’t you?

If you own a business but are not free to decide how you want to run it, do you really own your business?

Sure, owners should be able to make certain hiring decisions, but not based on such generalities as sex, race, religion, etc. Besides…why should he be denied the opportunity to make good money as a waiter there? Where else can he make good money in Corpus?

Not only that…but what else are they discriminating against, hair color, race, religion, where does it end???

Girls will always do it, even without a hint from the owner, and there isn’t much that can be done about it. Other that making lots of laws that make operation for every business in the country more complicated and less profitable.

No. they shouldn’t be free to hire who they want. it sounds good in theory, but what would happen is people would get abused (worse they they are now). the playing field should be level. the girl who will sleep with the owner should have no advantage over the one who won’t. merit should be the qualifier.
