Global Warming Felt in Britain

Dude, where’s my global warming? Britain shivers through coldest start to winter for 30 years as bookies slash odds on white Christmas.
I don’t think an especially mild winter could have been expected after it snowed in London in October for the first time since 1922 – just as the MPs there were passing a global warming bill, outdoing each other with calls for tougher pledges.
