Homeowners Re-Defaulting After Getting Mortgage Aid

How many? Most of them after just six months. A top U.S. banking regulator is somewhat surprised, “and not in a good way”.
I’m surprised he is surprised. And not in a good way. Did he expect that giving free money to irresponsible people would magically make them responsible?
